damn fat, get phat!
Our Aim : loose extra fat and get phat!
Point No 1 : Fat is fat! Be it in heart, on belly, in thighs or through out. DO NOT neglect it. It has to its credit, majority of the increasing number of unnatural deaths throughout the world. By unnatural, I mean death caused by some disease.
Point No 2 : Greatest misconception and worst step is starving, in the name of dieting. Avoid it! It does no good and more harm. If you are free and does no work, I would suggest fasting without starving, on which I'll elaborate in one of upcoming posts. For most of us, we couldn't stop our daily work for getting slim, so here's the way.
Stop eating THE/YOUR regular diet and follow the following. This diet gives all the necessary fats(yes there are essential fats), protiens and other nutrients to keep you healthy. You might find few guides on the web which are elaborate and arise few doubts about this diet. But my dear cautious citizens, this diet has been designed by Dr.Mantena and there shall be no doubts!
Breakfast : Sprouting seeds except coconut and ground nuts. These seeds have lots and lots of energy in them, with almost no fat. Eat as many as you can. there's absolutely no limit. I personally recommend green grams. They taste good, especially with dates.
Lunch : Stop eating rice until you get slim. Reasons here. Take 3 or 4 rotis with curries cooked without much oil and salt. It's superb if you could eat them without oil and salt at all. Take that curry as much as possible, let it be large quantity. It helps reduce the fat as it now contains fibrous content than fat. Fibrous content in food helps in reducing the fats and in better digestion. Common misconception is that they are 'indigestible', which is no at all correct. After that, take some curd/butter milk, but without rice.
Snacks : At around 5 PM, either fruits or fruit juice without sugar, if taken, energizes you with zero fat. A peace of advice for ladies.. take dates and/or sour juices(lemon,orange etc) with honey, as they are very effective in generating new blood and hence the lost blood in menstrual cycle would be accounted for. Generally, people with more fat have less blood than needed, so it's highly recommended.
Dinner : By 6:30 PM, you should complete dinner! I know it's difficult, but make it the earliest possible time. The menu(huh?) is same as Lunch.
Aasanas : I'll write about different Aasanas in one of upcoming posts. Aasanas, unlike those regular exercises like jogging and various games we practice, doesn't strain all the body unnecessarily (If you are into them, please continue, they have their own benefits). Each aasana is targeted at reducing fat pertaining to certain parts of the body and keep them fit. You can practice them early morning and/or evening.
Don't forget water. It's important in cleaning part. Here's the little guide.
Now people, if I'm not wrong, you might be frowning at me for this guide. But my fair ladies and gentle men, I'm not enforcing this on anyone (who am I? eh?).. 'just try it out and feel the change' is all I say! I believe in the naturo path laid by great Indian sages and enforced by Dr.Mantena Satyanarayana Raju garu. Hence this! BTW, If you want to check out your BMI(Body Mass Index), this, I think, is reliable. My BMI is 21.14, in the middle of ideal range.. :D

@Raj, Do you mean to say how
@Raj,
Do you mean to say how to make this diet more interesting with variety? If that is the case, no one can stop us from being creative naa, We are always free to try out different things with these natural things. for example honey can be combined with a large scale other things like lemon, lavanga chekka(forgot its english name :P ), juices and what not. Similarly, kothimeera(whats that in english?) etc for good smell and so on. May be I should come up with another post for creative dishes with these things :P :D
I agree....but I feel calorie
I agree....but I feel calorie counting is even more important...we tend to take in more calories than we expend, and all those calories get converted into storage fat..contributing to the rotund looks! The diet ur guru has suggested is damn good, but most of the time people find it difficult to stick to a regimen...has he any suggestions on how to ensure we stick to one? Would be of far greater help, I think!
