water... is the cure!

Each adult human requires atleast 3 litres of water a day. 4 litres recommended. 5 litres is max. Our body has two important cleansing systems. One is respiratory system and the other is excretory system. Ofcourse, in science, the former is treated a sub section of later. Water helps clean all the body, all the chemical substance which gets piled up in each cell. 'You nicely bath and think you are clean, we are stinking here, master!' says our cells communicating in the form of diseases. We, the most intelligent and dominant species of the earth, dump few more chemicals into them and say 'peace please, morons!'. Wow! Instead, how nice it would be to let them bath too. All you need to do is the following..

On wake up, just clean your mouth and drink TWO liters water, in two phases. One liter first. That adds weight to the waste in intestines, which got collected over the day and a night and also helps in free motion of it down the excretory canal. After 15 min or so, drink another litre or atleast half a litre. This water now flushes any remains in the canal and completely cleans it. so far so good.

Remember, you should not take water within the period of "30 min before taking food and 1 hour after food". If it's very much needed, take one or two gulps. This is quite important because if water gets to interfere with digestion, it delays it, generating a pot belly!

With this in mind, take upto two to three litres of water during rest of the day, with quantity distributed well, say a glass every other hour or so. This water protects you from sun's heat and is used in the metabolical activities.

For god's sake, STOP drinking the COLD drinks! They have all kinds of acids packed in them. Parties and functions can be exceptions, though. And be done with coffees and teas! Dont just get carried away with "Many important things happen over tea". Thats just B.S!

I had last cold drink 6 years

I had last cold drink 6 years ago. and I tasted tea a handful times in that time. So, I could say I don't take them :)
